I am looking for a photo used in Bart Vanderveen's book on WWI vehicles. This is the Case armoured car used by a CEF unit in 1915 and purportedly brought to France by them.

Would anyone know where I can find a better print than that shown in the book? Is Bart's family known to anyone? Does anyone have the name and address of the publisher (I don't own a copy of this book)? (Request also listed in the Restoration Forum 'acause I posted it there without thinking )
