Here is a Army PR shot showing a ser IIA SWB, 10 seater station wagon and a ser IIA ambo. One interesting feature of this shot is that the ambo does not have the brush guard fitted to it. Certainly a good shot showing 3 examples of Landrovers in Aust Army service.
