Hi Pat, I hope you were able to reach youyr daughter by now
 The WHOLE lower Mainland and Vancouver area is under a boil water advisory as of today until further notice. I guess there's "stuff" in the (3?) reservoirs now from all the rains and winds. Am just totally enjoying my homemade 3 bean soup in which I just added lots of vegemite to perk it up ... TOTALLY YUM!  Karmen.
