Derek Try this some hoa's(I could spell it different same effect
thou) recieve funding through local cities to help defray
some costs.Should they not be able to prove their case
go to a city counselmans office and tell them you are being
harassed by them using goverment funds,they very well
might shut them down,(misuse of goverment funds)
Its happened several times here in Phx and makes the board
pay for snooping out of their own pockets it will stop.
Short of that I have a friend that has an M35-A2 with a
poor muffler we could make some passed by their houses
at 00 dark 30
