Default Work and pleasure !

Nice help from Canada to fix a steering problem of the Fox.

After that, our famous Heineken beer plus the traditional "snack" raw herring.

After seeing the second picture:

Sorry Barry, plus also to Brian, we have not "Shoeless*Joe's" in Broek op Langedijk.

Mvg. Dirk

Default More ?

Dirk,

Speaking of "shoeless", do you have other good news to share with the MLU family today?

Brian

Default It's a Boy

I just opened my emails and found out that our very own Stefan Leegwater is the proud father of Dirk Cornelis weighing in at 3380 grams. I would like to congratulate Stefan and Astrid on becoming parents and Dirk sr. for finally becoming "OPA". Brian, Dirk, Stefan and I had a dear friend who we referred to as Old Dirk and we referred to Dirk Leegwater as Young Dirk. Old Dirk has sadly passed away so now we must call Dirk L. Old Dirk and the brand new Dirk, Young Dirk. Another generation to get into the MV hobby. Gelukwens Astrid en Stefan.
Cheers,
Barry

Notice in Old Diks photo there is none of that raw herring crap in front of me. I don't know how you European guys can handle that stuff.

Many thanks Barry, I remember our nice conversations about
the coming baby on your and Janet's famous kitchen table last week.
Well, young Dirk was waiting for old Dirk, I was just on time back
home. The picture shows "Oma" Sjoertje with her new nr. 1 young Dirk.

Mvg. old Dirk

Default Herring

Barry. I'm Norwegian/Icelandic and I can't stand it. Maybe that's why Brian looks so sad in the photo (He just had a hunk) and you look so happy (You don't have to eat it)
Your old pal Peter S

Regards pickled fish: shhhh, there's a baby present. What I did notice was the three R's in the original photo...around here there's only one 'R' that fit's in the 'rear' of a Fox.

(so what was the problem with the steering?)

(did the periscope rings arrive? Were they what you were looking for?)
