trailer mounted compressor

hi all

attached is a photo of a trailer mounted air compressor, which i assume is ex canadian army. i noticed it while perusing the ican website. my questions about it are

(a) who is the manufacturer?

(b) when did this type of compressor enter canadian service?

(c) is there a military model number for it as with other vehicles, eg; m101cdn2, m149, ect?
