I've no idea, but ....
.... if I saw it I'd centainly get out its way.
Looks like an 88 on a 6 x 4 or 6 x 6 motorized carriage, and that would mean something specially constructed to take the recoil. I've never seen one before so whatever it is they maybe didn't make it in quantity. Some trial, early or mid war ? Gordon
