I do not have a Canadian 10 cwt parts list, but do have one for the 15cwt. In that one they show the wheel cyls as the number that Tony quotes, ie C91T-2261, but they actually use the same cylinder on left and right sides, unlike on the car. Piston sizes are equal so not the same as the cylinder fitted to the 10 cwt trailer, assuming it is correct of course.
As for the oil seal I would go to a supplier and get a modern one, but tip here is to measure it in Inches as that would be its original spec, there may not be a metric equivalent, they tend to run in two ranges, either Imperial or Metric in this country.
