Steyr
Nope it is not a Horch, but a Steyr 1500.
A "standard" vehicle but equiped specially for use with the V2 rocket launch teams. I do mean it carries some radio/comunication kits. And the vents where the spare wheel is supposed to be, hides a generator. Rolf BTW: It is very likly this is the same vehicle.
