Hey Richard,
We have been on "hosepipe" bans ( Water restrictions ) here in Australia for a couple of years. The only place I know of in Australia, where the water runs freely all year around is Corowa - where the sprinklers run 24hours - 7 days a week at the Ball Caravan Park.
