They look a bit too tight. Nothing really bad will happen other then the track wearing out just that much quicker. However the amount of driving you will probably be doing is very slim compared to the army in the 1940's
There should be about 4 inches of space between the edge of the fender and the track links at the lowest point of the track sag. A quick way to check is if you can fit your clenched fist thumb up in the low point they are properly tentioned.
