My buddy Joe was down in Kingston Ontario for a pipe band gig on Saturday.Sunday morning he and his wife,on their way home went on a 1000 Islands boat tour to Boldt Castle on the US side.Before you board the boat you've got to clear US Customs,then buy your ticket,the computer is hooked up to customs and is verified by ticket booth for the boat.Then on the way back you pre-clear Canada Customs on Heart Island where the castle is.Geez,I guess that makes us boat people !!
