Hi David,
Perhaps war office publication ZA 10671 dated October 1943 titled Wireless station A.C.V., L.P. or Lorry, 3-ton command L.P./19HP/19/A may be useful to you. It has three drawings on the interior of a 3-ton CV: two on the two compartment CV: operator's compartment and officer's compartment resp. and the third on the 3 compartment version.
