New glasses and typewriter ribbon needed!

Apologies. It was obviously type on an old manual typewriter and the numbers are worn. For 4004454 and 4004651 read 488 and for 4011511, 4011531 and 4012723 read 491. Thanks for your help. Cheers Kevin
