whilst not professing to be an expert, I can tell you that I have 2 cmp wrenches in my collection, one is USA marked, the other made in Canada. They are both identical in nature, I believe that parts were sourced as needed during the war from both US and Canadian companies. It is quite possible that the US wrench was intended for use in the T16 carrier w/ it's flathead Ford engine. If anyone else has a different opinion, please feel free to educate me.
