This photo is from the RAF station at Camp Borden, 1 hour north of Toronto, Ontario. The 'car' is the airfields firetruck.

Look like they are both Fords, fire truck a T, other a long wheelbase, is that a TT ?

I note the rope around the front axle on the firetruck, I can only guess that this is to restrict the movement to stop bouncing, a sort of "check strap" !
