Having never seen a Chevy 11/12 cab headlight I can't say for sure but they look extremly close. My UC lamps and the Cab 13 ones both take the same size lense and reflectors. They are interechangable. The CMP ones have 3 little spring clips on them to hold them into the lamp body where as the UC have 2 clips. However both reflectors have the holes for either. For the CMP I was thinking of going with a Halogen conversion set that fits in the original reflectors. There would be no way to tell by looking at them other then being brighter. The Chevy 1.5 ton lights you pictured have what apprears to be the same kind of retaining ring and outer ring as what the Cab 13 has. Again I would imagine that they were all the same for parts interchangability.
