JIM: This link/write up of your relatives death, that Geoff gave you earlier, is "PROOF" enough of death and date for the Archives to do their search. I sent a copy of my Uncle's with my request

I hope you have enough info to get you going in getting the records now...Archives will do a search and when ready will contact you with an "estimate" of cost for photocopying etc and make payment arrangements before they'll ship off your records to you. You canpay by credit cardover the phone too which would save some more time!
