I note with interest that the Czech HUPs don't have the optional "towing package". Also of interest is that your tow bar set up is exactly the same as the one I cut off. If your towing set up is like mine (was), they must have paid the welder by the stick...
If you like, I can send some photos along to you of the bumper mount - I took one off to weld up the flat end. Let me know what angles you want and if you want the measurements as well.
