It is in white paint and on the original US OD first layer of paint.
Looked at the list of Macks in British WW2 service and none even similar. Is there any data plates on the vehicle with a number starting "SM" or "S/M"? That would narrow your search down, as it would identify the Contract that the truck belonged to.
