If thats my old carrier CT163013, it will need the springs. I seem to recall I used Iltis springs on the brake system of that carrier.
I won't take any funds until I have the springs on hand. This is in case something goes wrong with the deal, or the costs end up slightly higher. I've put you on the list, and there are now just 30 springs left, so any fencesitters better chime in soon.
