Need to know how these work, please

I knew It Thanks LYNN!!! THATS what are missing is the 2 Brackets with the rollors!!! BOB your info ENLIGHTEN me so much!!! Lads is thier anyone one Out thier that can reproduce these 2 brackets/rollors?CTL-35A. Plus a pivot plateCTL-36, your pics are exactly the same as my Pivot plate is. The CTL 34's holding the pivot plate on mine are in great shape, thiers less pitting on everything.


On my pivot plate the prevous owner took a grinding wheel and cut of about 1" of the left side of the plate rendering it usless for the rollors, so now i see he used the brakes to turn the carrier, witch is bad This would make my life alot easyer if I can get those rollor brackets and P.
