Remember these points and bring them forward in the interview..

Just don't say TOO much or dwell TOO long on any one point..
A good point to work on is knowing when to keep your mouth shut..

No one wants to hire problems..

Thank you ... for your assessment of what skills you figure you saw in me ... they sound downright marketable (and they have worked for me in the past)

My attitude about jobs is that the biz is the bosses baby, and my job is to do what his biz demands ... his way... unless he consults me Then I'll charge a consulting fee (not)

And by the way ... thanks a lot for the hint to write things down, because I do have high anxiety and go blank (a week point) when applying for jobs or similar situations of being "assessed" That's a long-time kneejerk reaction.

I'll definately write things down ... this whole interview/job seems quite casual but a serious one. He needs help. I need money. Win/Win By the way ... I'd have to learn quickbooks and probably lots about his biz as I'd be be doing a lot of admin tasks.
