Default Ford Truck Identification - One Possible Answer

Continued

I had a lengthy discussion with a guy whom I consider to be an Australian guru and font of knowledge on anything military and he, affectionately known as the "Dingo Man", and I came up with a possible theory on the meaning of "Divimpro". It appears to be the abbreviation for "Divisional Improvements" and arose out of the field experiences of the 7th and 9th Divisions in the Western Desert. The improvements were field modifications to the Ford vehicles as they were found wanting in areas of their construction with these modifications subsequently being adopted by Ford.

We are still looking for an explanation of UGN and CGN.
