I think the two photos are of different beasts.
The second one has the the angle iron brackets to hold what would be a tarditional style of carrier body the top one does not have these. My guess is the second one is a naked 3inch Australian mortar carrier, of which I have the remains of a manual for one. Reasons for my guess: Bones of a normal looking rear body. Engine is on the left of the driver. As for the first one, whats with the drive sprockets at each end? Must be fun to drive. Could is possibly be a German product made of captured Carrier parts. Reason for saying this Angled body is along lines of German Armoured cars style. The sedan looks Mercesdes like.
