Pat 12 Door Hinge & Spring Paint?

Here are some pictures of my hinges... in the raw as is format...

Notice the hinges are rivited to the door frame..... and the body part of the hing is screwed in the vertical piece of the door frame.

From what I can see they are unisex and can be mounted either side.

I do not believe seeing retaining straps on my doors???? will have to look again even for screw holes.

I am surprised to learn that they did have a rubber sealer strip..... I assume glued in place. Thanks Keith for the close up it will help find a substitute........ could you post some measurement of the cross section pleeeeze.
