There have been a few 3/4s on FB Marketplace and Kijiji in West Quebec. Sold as part vehicles, and one had a small block V8 with automatic transmission. Unplated, but overpriced.
Rob Love in the province next door has experience doing cross border raids into West Quebec. He can advise better on avenues of approach, passwords and codewords. There are friendlies in the Greater Ottawa area who may be able to provide local intelligence and civic engagement.
