Shifting into Reverse - GM Gear Shift Pattern
Question: What model GM CMP with a single speed transfer case would engage reverse gear by shifting to the right and down?
My reason for asking is seeing a 1942 GM gear shift instruction plate which indicates that - sorry, no picture available. Thanks in advance. Brian

Hanno.
As always there is slight differences in the shifter plates. Both line drawings are from the maintenance manual.

No it used the same as the C15A
