What type of 2-wheel trailer is that, backed into the left rear corner of the photo? It looks rather narrow.

It's not an Allied military trailer, I suspect it is a civilian one.

Clive does mention them in his book, but the info on the canopy is limited.

Default Canadian Ambulance Jeep

Is there any evidence showing this model of Ambulance Jeep being used by any other formation besides 3rd Canadian Infantry Division and is there any record of these Jeeps being handed over to the Dutch after the war?

Here is another with the same type of cover. Interestingly the Jeep with the cover is a slat grill Canadian contract. The other Jeep beside it is also a later Cnd contract.

Ed, so far the images all show 3rd CID medical units. Unfortunately the RCAMC war diaries are not online.

As for the trailer, I believe it is a British Infantry Handcart. Pictures from British WW2 Trailers Facebook group.

It certainly looks like one, I stand corrected.

That was my thought exactly, but it has a different drawbar and fenders fitted, so if it is one, than someone modified it.
