help with dataplate info please

Man Thats more than I could have thought possible,

The thing is this is information from a "scratching" of the data plate by my cousin and I'm sure when he read it to me over the phone that he jumbled some of it up like the M311 thing.

So what your saying is this is a VAN body like a HUP, Any links to a picture?

He is farmiliar with my F15a and says it has a box like mine on the back...GS.
