David,
I'm not so sure that the S in a circle indicates a Sydney assembled truck, as on my C30 in the same position, there is an S within an almost complete circle ( looks more like a capital C). I wondered if this may have stood for Canadian Steel. Question- It would appear that Chevrolet only marked some chassis numbers, is this correct? Regards Keith
