Default Some people have been known to turn them back

Good point- The first speedometer I rebuilt I turned it back to "0" before installing, the second time I replaced it in the same truck I reset it to the mileage of the one it was replacing. Which is what I do when ever they have to be replaced. Seems that the odometer part brake when they have to turn the next wheel over like between 9,999 over to 10,000.
