Konstantin, I saw Your request on "Reibert", but I'm not registered there.
These photos were discussed in different places quite often. This is not Crossley or Albion. As a result of those discussions, it turned out, that this is the military version of 1934 Commer "Raider" B30 truck (see Hanno Spoelstra reply above).
The front spring is just a spare spring (obviously, since the vehicle was of civilian origin, some of its parts were weaker, than if the vehicle was originally designed as a military one).

Here #5 I mentioned the Commer "Raider" B30 (scan page #195). It also talks about the supply of these machines to the Middle East, including the Centaur and LN5 models. Maybe this is one of them? B30 is somehow not very similar.
