The problem here (one of the many problems) is that nearly 80 years have passed since the original cable was devised, plus the connectors were intended as a "quick disconnect" for equipment replacement and have no designed impedance, and you can then add in production changes and metrication to the mix.

As a starting point, I'd suggest Uniradio 67 (RG-213), but be warned that the dimensions have changed over the years and it's no longer 0.45" o.d. but 0.405" and you may need to sleeve it with tape.

I'll have a further rummage and see if I can find a better match, but one may no longer exist.
