Default It's a #3.

Mike, Thank you very much for the information .Here is more info.
I have the dolly which appears complete except for the rims and tyres, it has a single rear axle with 4 8 stud rims and tyres( very old! )
The brake system is all there, vacuum tank, relay valve , power chamber and master cylinder. These parts should not be a problem as I have spares scavenged during conversion of trailers from vacuum to air.
When it dries out I want to move it closer to home and will get more details and photos.
