Thanks Marty. So the light still has part of a blackout shield attached? The broad rim is what confused me.

It does look like that is the case. I do not own the shield itself, so I don't know how many parts it has, and how many parts are missing on mine and the one pictured in your first post.

Interesting! So it looks like that the outer ring could be swapped for the blackout shield instead of adding the shield on top.

I am see "broad rim" nr. 13061 which secures the glass nr. 13063 sits under the bezel nr. 33003-S. Rim nr. 13061 can be swapped out for blackout hood nr. 13063.
Two assemblies (C49Q-13060 and -13002) were supplied to enable an easy swap in the field.
