I usually don't like mentioning what my asking price is in public because open forums tend to lead to a lot of discussion about sellers being dreaming for the price they're asking. I'm not particularly interested in justifying the price I've put on them to people; they're worth what the market will pay and you just don't find entry level project CMPs in this condition anymore. Try buying a Series Land Rover, for instance
