It is the same as a CMP gearbox, as well as many Ford Civilian Trucks. However, it is not a separate gear, it is an integral part of the Input Gear Shaft BB7017.

I don't know of any supplier that retains New Old Stock supplies of these shafts, I think you will be using a used part recovered from a good box. Good news is that they don't wear much, and a good one shouldn't be hard to find.
