Derk: I do not believe that 78-17081 is a close civilian handle. I believe it is one of the three handles listed in the parts manual, and was also used on civilian applications. If you do not have a 78-17081, you do not have the complete complement of handles that belong to the carrier.
That said, I have no doubt there will be some C01T 17081 out in our favorite surplus yard. The challenge, of course, will be to spot them in the acres of scrap. Last edited by rob love; 30-07-21 at 01:06. |
