Default Fuel rod extender

The old bush mechanic way here was to add a sixpence under the rod to give a little more lift to the fuel pump.

Mariano's rod has an added spring washer which is not original. Often, as the fuel pump begins to fail, or perhaps the cam lobe on the camshaft gets worn, a washer is added to increase the stroke of the fuel pump. Doesn't fix the root of the problem!
