Could the manual you are talking about be the "Generic listing of Vehicle and Tracked Equipments, Engineering Equipments and Attachments showing Census Code Numbers"?

I have a photocopy of the 1960 Edition, and the Brockhouse Engineering Corgi is listed in the same configuration code as the Triumphs.

The code is 140101 and the term for that code is "Motorcycle, solo, light, w/e". The old code was 2001.

The 4 models of bike mixed into that code include the Triumph TRW Mk2b (1956-1957), the Triumph model TR5 (1953) the Triumph TRW (1950), and the Brockhouse Corgi Mk4 (1953).

Not really any other info in there. The weight and dimensions given for the ECC could be for any one of those bikes...only one set of dimensions is given.
