Default 1939 (VC) 1.5 ton truck. 158-1/2" WB-Front Section Torque Tube Parts...

Another question I have is that the bushing for the 1940 truck, GM 3653931 is a 1/4" longer... Since I cannot find GM 600962, I wonder what the pitfalls of using the following year are, other than not having the machined groove for GM 347813 dowel pin... Third photo shows aftermarket option for GM 600962 with the cut groove...

The measurements for 3653931 (1940 truck are) are:

OD: 2.022"
ID: 1.279
Length: 1.752

SO, it cannot be used... If anyone has GM 600962 bushing please contact, thank you.
