I wonder if the Bore brushes are for the 75mm Pack howitzer M1 (Airborne)
Post War I believe the Gun was re designated as M116?
They certainly appear to be US design
I have a similar style 57mm bore brush on my M1 57mm AT gun and have seen something similar for US 37mm Guns

I know that for the 105 howitzer and the 106 recoiless, the brushes were the same. I suspect that also will be the case with the 75 and 76mm guns.

Re the two gauges, the only thing that I can think of that would use pressures in that range would be for transmissions. Most hydraulic systems are much higher, and engine oil pressures along with pneumatic systems much lower.

Thanks for the input gentlemen. Most of these items I have had kicking about for years without knowing for sure what they are for. Now I have a better idea! BP
