It is a quote from the guy who posted the picture, I didn’t think about it. But on checking your reply, I found that the US Army Air Corps became the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) on 20 June 1941. The picture was most likely taken after that date.

USAAF from 20 June 1941, although "Army Air Corps" was seen unofficially for some time after that.
