Hi Robert,
I might be way off base but it looks very similar to a Ford CMP truck 3 way valve. Hopefully something that was standardized. If similar size inlets, they are 1/8 NPT male to 1/4 SAE female inverted flare fittings. See attached photo. Note raised portion inside fitting which forms the seal with the double flare. The trucks use 1/4" fuel lines and SAE male inverted flare fittings, same as the fittings on the brake lines. These brake and fuel line fittings are UNS Unified National Special and are 7/16” x 24 (parallel) threads per inch (A standard 7/16” UNF thread has only 20 threads per inch). (Major diameter is 0.4364”) The fittings on the end of the tubing therefore are not NPT threads. Not familiar with the fuel lines on a carrier but if it is 1/4" tubing the above sizes would be correct. Hope this may be of some help. Cheers,
