I wonder whatever happend with the remains of this LRC Mk.I. Were they actually recovered and it is being silently rebuilt someplace?

I posted this thread to FB, and within minutes the reply came from Alexander Scott

Now with Clive Hughes in UK. A rolling chassis was supplied for it (not by me) but via my yard a few months ago.

I haven't heard anything after it passed by my place a half dozen years ago on it's way to the United States. When I first saw this at the Minaker's yard more than 30 years ago they kept calling it an Otter. Clearly it wasn't but now I see why they might have. It's a British LRC of roughly the same class and purpose as an Otter. My theory is this one made it to Canada for training or possibly was even the pattern the Canadian Otter was based on. To a postwar wrecker the distinction was probably irrelevant, hence to them it was an 'Otter'.
