to me the most interesting was that Ford cab 12 with Chevrolet stamped grille mesh at 0:15.

That grille is not specific to Chevrolets, but was fitted at the Ford factory as well. The opposite also applies to Chevrolets, cab 12's were fitted with square mesh as well as Diamond mesh.
Some trucks even left the production line with the upper grill part in square mesh and the lower with diagonal/diamond mesh.
