The engine is stripped and its not looking great! The crank needs to be re-ground so I'm looking at 020 thou undersize shell type conrod bearings, i'm not going for the babbit method.

020 thou over size pistons and rings, as there's a bit of wear in the bores.

Can anyone tell me what size the main journals should be? and the mains? How much end float?

The gearbox isnt looking great either. new bearings all round. The needle roller on the main shaft has exploded at somepoint! How it still drove and I managed to select any gear is beyond me!!
I'll get some photos up.
