T16 oil

Can anyone tell me what is the best modern day rear axle cooling oil lubrication for a T16.

Gear Oil....

Summer .....Hypoid 90 gear oil..
Winter ........Hypoid 80 gear oil..
Extream cold...Hypoid 80 diluted with 10% kerosene...
