Hello Mike,
You may want to become familiar with this product on your new project.... Ozspray Heavy Duty Industry Extra Grade Lanolin penetrant It certainly helps with my 2A Land Rover Ambulance that a previous owner liked to drive on the beaches. This was without their doing any maintenance such as hosing off the salt water after each trip. It makes life very interesting now that I am dismantling it. The disadvantage of the lanolin is that you smell like a wet sheep for a while. However, your hands get nice and soft :0) Kind regards Lionel
